First Case Study discusses factors promoting the growth of home healthcare in India from the customer's perspective and Identifies the most important factors fueling the growth of home health. The second case study is about the application of six sigma in the Operation Theater Complex of a Tertiary Care Hospital to improve the Operation theaters Utilization Coefficient. The third case is about the reducing the turn around time of insurance approval in the hospital by applying the concepts of quality management; and the Last case is about the improvement of Break-Even in the Imaging Department of a Tertiary Care Hospital, where the MRI and CT units are analyzed and the required changes are suggested.This book is useful for the existing and future healthcare management professionals who perform in the environment characterized by limited resources and a higher level of stress.
