Аннотация: Employee’s rewards mean how people are rewarded in accordance with their value to an organization. It can be categorized mainly into two parts. That is financial rewards and non-financial rewards. Today money is the most important reward. Still, the consideration of money as the basic motivating force and its superiority over any non-financial reward. But, there is a growing interest and attention on the use of non-financial rewards as well. Because some people they love their work, because of, its interesting and providing them to psychological satisfaction too than money. There are many contemporary research studies supporting the effectiveness of non-financial rewards as a motivation tool for employee job satisfaction. The objective of this research is to demonstrate whether there is a significant relationship between non-financial rewards and job satisfaction of the Administrative officers of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.Non-financial motivators such as Achievement, Advancement, Recognition and Responsibility were identified. Results shown those motivators successfully predict job satisfaction. 72% of variation in job satisfaction is explained by non-financial rewards
