Quantum non-relativistic and relativistic hydrodynamics, the theory of charge separation in atomic structures.4. The theory of ball lightning.5. The theory of dark matter.6. The theory of dark energy. Hubble expansion of the Universe.7. The destiny of antimatter after the Big Bang.8. High temperature superconductivity 9. Unified theory of dissipative structures, from atomic structure to cosmology. These problems can not be solved within the framework of local physics, but find their natural solution as a special case of solving the problem 9 – the creation of a unified theory of dissipative structures – from atomic structures to cosmology.
