The increasing interest in esthetics has been accompanied by developments in new tooth colored materials, with ever-improving clinical properties. Ceramics in dentistry are the most wonderful materials found advancing steadily over a few decades, promoting further evolution of esthetic dentistry. Although metal ceramic restorations have many characteristics that are useful in dentistry they do not resemble natural teeth. In contrast a superb esthetic and bio-compatible result can be achieved with All–Ceramic restorations.A captivating smile showing an even row of natural gleaming white teeth is a major factor in achieving the elusive dominant characteristic known as Personality. This was Charles Pincus in April 1937 in California State Dental Association, who created the “Hollywood Smile”. Curiosity and exploring tendency always led man to do amazing endeavors to mimic nature. Esthetics has been a major foray in dentistry to blend artificial teeth with the natural dentition.
