Аннотация: With an increasing reliance on computer technology in the workplace, the prevalence rate of neck pain is continued to rise. Prolonged sitting, inadequate and poor posture are contributing factors. Cervical radiculopathy caused by changes in the cervical spine and soft tissue surrounding it, with pain as the predominant symptom.(12,13) Neurodynamic sustained Natural Apophyseal Glides (SNAGS) used for pain relief and to relieve pressure on nerve. It has shown an improvement in functional ability and decreasing pain. Many studies have shown that Neurodynamic SNAGS is effective in treating cervical radiculopathy.(15) Spinal mobilization with arm movement (SMWAM) can assist individuals in improving movement restrictions, pain with movement, and functional restrictions. It allows an immediate improvement in pain and movement. It has been found to be able to restore functional movements in joints and also in decreasing pain and functional disability of the individuals 33.There are many researches on the individual treatment options as of the Neurodynamic SNAGs and SMWAM, these techniques has given a good improvement.
