Rotary Systems in Endodontics.

      Аннотация: The speciality of Endodontics has evolved and changed over the years like many other dental and medical specialties. Endodontic instruments play a major role in the success of endodontic treatment starting from the preparation of the access cavity to the final obturation of the root canal space. The variety of rotary instruments for endodontic treatment is staggering. There has been a constant quest for quicker, safer and effective instrument for the treatment protocol. Since the introduction of the first rotating nickel-titanium files for the preparation of the root canal systems in endodontics the face of endodontics has changed. The introduction of nickel-titanium (Ni-Ti) to endodontics almost two decades ago has dramatically changed the way root canal preparation is performed, in both general and specialist practices. Rotary root canal instruments manufactured from nickel-titanium alloy have proved to be a valuable adjunct for root canal therapy and are helping to practice a more predictably successful endodontics.
