Аннотация: In this book we propose strategic model approach to develop integrated postal platform to embrace the new paradigm of the marketPost-Covid19 era. This model is based on several studies concerning the postal organizations that achieve high performance of revenue diversification in the last decade. With Covid19 shutting down workplaces and putting entire business sectors into stand-by. The transition to digital communication and remote working has been rapid. However, the exchange of physical goods and financial services are still needed which is why posts suddenly find themselves on the list of critical infrastructure. In this spirit, the posts have shown their solidarity and are commitments to supporting governments and citizens during their time of need during this crisis. Having the demand for a trusted and well-established entity; post is in an advantageous position in capturing this new market as the central communication hub. Indeed, the post allows senders and recipients to securely interact and make use of services any time, any place and anywhere. The challenge is not to launch mega projects with big investments but make smart update process to keep Post-Covid19 market.
