Аннотация: The main problem was that in Rwanda, many secondary schools are poor in ICT tools and equipments, others have sufficient tools but they are not used effectively. From that, we realized that the course of Computer Science is not well taught in secondary. Thus, the main purpose of this study was to determine how effectively multimedia can be used in teaching and learning of Computer Science.The following were the specific objectives of this study: (i) To identify ICT tools used in teaching and learning Computer Science at G.S Inyange Byumba (ii) To determine how computer multimedia works in in teaching and learning computer science in secondary schools.(iii) To examine how multimedia helps in teaching and learning of Computer Science at G.S Inyange ByumbaThe research questions were the following: (i) What are ICT tools used in teaching and learning Computer Science at G.S Inyange Byumba?(ii) How does computer multimedia work in teaching and learning computer science in secondary schools?(iii) Does multimedia help in teaching and learning ICT at G.S Inyange Byumba?
