Organizational climate of State Agricultural Universities in India.

      Аннотация: This book is based on scientific research on "A study of organizational climate of the selected state agricultural universities in India." The behavioral scientists had a longstanding concern with the impact of specific behavior of individuals and groups on the effectiveness of the organization. The need for a formal study of behavior- both individuals and groups in the organization has emerged out of recent speedy development and growth of formal organizations in the society. "As any organization grows and develops, more and more people's problems are manifested as problems such as power struggles, interpersonal conflicts, low motivation and job management Union relations etc." (Hammer and organ, 1978). Because of this reason;study on organizational behavior has become an inevitable part of theory and research in management. This book is given emphasis to analyze the organizational climate as perceived by the faculty and administrators of selected State Agricultural Universities.
