Аннотация: The microbial infectious diseases demand an integrated and valid collection of simple and conceptual information, which support the health professional in clinical practice. Therefore, “An Epidemiological Review of Mycobacterium tuberculosis” describes comprehensively the epidemiology, pharmacology and microbiology of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. We also have tired to cover the history, general features and molecular characteristics of Mycobacterium. Thus, we have carefully tried to present the latest and authenticated information that may potentially help to improve the patient’s care and minimize the complications of poly-pharmacy. Additionally, the poor pharmaceutical care and substandard clinical facilities are major factors to introduce the resistance against first line anti tuberculosis drugs. That seriously needs special attention to save the innocent live (especially in developing party of the world). There are so many avoidable causalities that can be saved by offering correct medication on behalf of accurate differential microbiological diagnosis. But, unluckily, the patients passed away because of this terrible monstrous health care system monster disease.
