Ayurvedic Detoxification in OBESITY. The Classical Panchakarma

      Аннотация: Ayurveda, the Indian system of medicine can be aptly defined as the "Science of life" or science of healthy living. The origin of Ayurveda can be traced beyond the Vedic period, i.e. about 5000 B.C. The whole philosophy of Ayurveda is based on achieving, maintaining, and promoting positive health. The equilibrium of various structural and functional units of the body named Dosha, Dhatu, Mala, and Agni and more important the mind results in health and dies-equilibrium causes' disease. Correction of disturbance of the milieu interior is the aim of ayurvedic management. This book is a step in the series of developments in the field of Ayurveda to find satisfactory solutions in the treatment of Obesity. It is on the horizon of hopes that researchers of the future era may undertake in the management of Obesity by 'Vaman Karma' on the basis of more sophisticated ultra-modern parameters. So that physicians of for coming era definitely will render helping hand to the crippled mankind suffering from Obesity.
