      Аннотация: Cleft lip and cleft palate are congenital anomalies that occur in the face during fetal development. The success in management of cleft lip and cleft palate can be ensured by the adherence of fundamental principles and an interdisciplinary approach ie. "Shared management" among all professionals. Our biggest challenge in the treatment of cleft lip cleft palate is "Family centered services". It is always important to listen to families and let them guide us to make ourselves a part of the child and its family. This book covers the basics of CLCP, from its etiology to various treatment approaches right from the birth of the child through his/her growing age. It highlights the role of Pedodontists in the management and also provides us a gist of recent advances in the research.
