Аннотация: The Ammonium Dihydrogen Phosphate (ADP) is a pioneer nonlinear optical crystal, which finds applications in Laser Technology, Optoelectronics etc. The author has made effort to improve the linear and nonlinear optical properties of ADP Crystal by virtue of doping of various amino acids for the device fabrication applications. The results are quite interesting, since amino acids are able to improve optical transmittance, optical energy band gap, skin depth, nonlinear optical second and third order harmonic generation efficiency of ADP crystal. In present book fundamental aspects of various spectroscopies such as EDAX, UV-Visible Spectroscopy, Photo conductivity, Second Harmonic Generation Efficiency, Z-scan and Laser Threshold Damage is well illustrated. The result of such spectroscopies for the pure and amino acids doped ADP crystals is well discussed. The unique feature of present book is that in a single book reader can read various linear and nonlinear optical spectroscopic and compare their own results with the results given in book.
