      Аннотация: Several academic institutions such as universities, polytechnics, colleges of education, and monotechnics have started investing in e-learning education with aim to possibly generate fortunes and launch into the numerous advantages embedded in an e-learning education development in the ongoing COVID-19 global pandemic. In the recent time, following the development in the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, e-learning education adoption have emerged as an essential tools in building quality teaching and learning structure in the various colleges, polytechnics, universities and other Institutions of higher learning in Nigeria and among the global academic communities. On the most positive assumptions, uninterruptible distance and flexible e-learning courseware management offers the possibilities required to enable adults proceed with academic pursuit, training, skill acquisition and learning even at the very active service engagement or while with family responsibilities. It is the government initiative and policy to encourage the employees to continue their career pursuit as lifelong learning exercise and e-learning online education is the only option.
