The Concept and Objectives of Quality Auditing. ISO _ 9001Total Quality Management

The applicability of ISO 9001: 2015 to the University Knowledge College was studied, and due to the lack of ISO 9004: 2015 they sought to adopt it after minor modifications, the team responsible for ISO 9004 was identified: 2009. In writing the Quality Manual, Procedural Manuals, and Working Instructions, we distributed the questionnaire questions that represent a summary of ISO 9004 to all concerned officials, and after analyzing the results, they found a large gap between what already exists and what is applicable. The solutions to be followed to achieve the optimal application of the standard, raise the educational level, and the graduate student to achieve the aspiration of society and what the beneficiaries of the stakeholders presented in this study.
