Аннотация: The monograph is devoted to the study of regeneration efficiency of traumatically injured peripheral nerves and the development of hypotrophic changes of long-lasting denervated skeletal muscles of the limb. The work is based on an integrated approach in studying the connection between morphological and biochemical muscle changes in response to denervation and reinnervation. The monograph presents the results of experimental studies, devoted to the analysis of the role of peripheral nerve trauma degree in limb muscle hypotrophy, muscle tolerance to denervation, autografting of considerable nerve defects in neuro-muscular relationships, scar processes in the effective recovery of affected nerves, pharmacological and cell technologies in the stimulation of nerve recovery and maintenance of denervated muscles. The comparative analysis of the action of cellular technologies using aspirated adipose tissue, platelet-rich plasma, and bone marrow aspirate concentrate on the recovery of injured peripheral nerves, and delayed hypotrophic changes of limb muscles were carried out. Micrographs of histological micropreparations and TEM illustrate the work and SEM images of the nerve and muscles.
