Аннотация: The lost bone tissues due to bone injuries require replacing and reconstruction, especially in the head and neck area caused by traffic accidents, occupational or pathological factors including osteoporosis, cystic lesions, malignant neoplasms, congenital anomalies, osteomyelitis, bone atrophy due to systemic disease, damaged bone area considering the necessity of the patient's physiological condition, aesthetic considerations, restoring the function of the area, restoring normal anatomical boundaries, as well as the extent and area of involvement. Various techniques are proposed to regeneration and replacement of lost bone including bone grafting, guided bone regeneration, bone regeneration by tensile force, the use of growth factors and stem cells. However, the destruction of bone tissue caused by inflammatory and degenerative factors is one of the cases which gives an adverse and undesirable response to the surgical method, because improving blood supply and effective treatment of bacterial agents in this method of treatment is usually difficult.
