Аннотация: Many industries work and many researchers have been applied to improve manufacturing processes performance; these efforts have resulted in structured procedures and methodologies, as Lean manufacturing (LM) focuses on elimination of waste or non-value-added activities and thus increases overall speed of the process, while Six Sigma (SS) focuses on customer satisfaction, eliminate sources of variation, improve the performance of processes and quality. Lean Six Sigma (LSS) is a combination of well-known waste elimination and process improvement techniques that LSS is most effective in process Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma improvement it is widely implemented in the top performing organizations, when combining the two, the result is better quality, cost efficient, faster and optimized process. This book is interested in modeling simulation of production line in the cement bags factory (SMEs) after using the DMAIC methodology and apply the improvement, operation in two ways ARENA simulation and adaptive Neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS).
