Аннотация: The Book examines the comprehensive state of e-learning in Colleges of Education in South-west, Nigeria. E-learning is an innovative approach for delivery of learner- centered and interactive learning to learners. The study examined colleges of education lecturers conceptions of:i) Government Policies, Availability of e-learning infrastructure, Institutional strategies in e-learning and capacity building.ii) The versatility levels in e-learning.iii) Relationship among predictor variables and versatility levels in e-learning. The study adopted a descriptive method and instrument used was a Questionnaire. Findings showed that Lecturers had high conception about e-learning. Their conception about e-learning infrastructure was low. Lecturers' exposure to e-learning capacity building was also low. The lecturers' versatility levels in e-learning was similarly low. It was therefore recommended among others that adequate training should be given to lecturers in e-learning to improve their versatility levels.
