Аннотация: Goals of root canal treatment are to clean and shape the root canal system and seal it in three dimensions to prevent reinfection of the tooth. Over time, patients have become more confident selecting endodontic treatment because of the changing perception that pain can be managed the endodontic prognosis has turned more favourable with improved understanding of dental materials and the biologic processes. Endodontic retreatment is an opportunity to resolve problems with state- of- art solutions. In other words, since all initial endodontic treatments are not completely successful, endodontic retreatment: Attempt to achieving success the second time around.
