Cloud computing is very broad are which delivers services to its users in collaboration of distributed computing, utility computing and networking functionality. This study will look into Cloud Computing and its Main success factors for medium scale organizations, identifying key benefits which are been benefited by organizations and how cloud computing could be used on day to day business operations in order to achieve efficiency with a low cost IT infrastructure. In this particular report I have produced a brief description on cloud computing, which was compiled based on thorough findings from internet based research about cloud computing and its benefits on business and day to day business operations fulfilling academic question and objectives.
