      Аннотация: The book aims to address the rising of the different conflicts around under-developing/Aboriginal communities, with the government policy or with each other’s resources demands, lack of basic infrastructures as a concern under the developing/Aboriginal community, and of course clear economics disadvantageous in different aspects.
