Аннотация: The book is about the investigation on the impact of Educational supervision on students’ academic performance. Ward secondary schools should be well supervised so that to bring impact on students’ academic performance meaning that, the government through Ministry of Education Science and Technology (MoEST) should assist in improving educational supervision in ward secondary schools especially in Ukerewe by providing enough teaching and learning materials and resources like science teachers, books for art and science subjects and also houses for teachers. Educational supervisors are reminded to employ the supervisory strategies that suit the digitalized society today in order to overcome the ongoing challenges facing educational supervision process. Moreover, the Ward Educational Coordinators (WEC), Village Executive officer (VEO), Ward Executive officer (WEO), Heads of schools and parents or guardians should fight against students’ early pregnancy in lower forms and take further measures upon suspects. This will help the Heads of schools in their areas of specialization to easily implement the already planned objectives and realize the students’ academic dreams.
