      Аннотация: This book provides a comprehensive overview of the recent novel coronavirus infection and prevention of novel Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Various aspects are discussed of COVID-19 infection, including epidemiology, genome organization, transmission, diagnosis, prevention, and control strategies, it highlights containment of the spread of COVID-19, preventive measures such as screening and triage, hand hygiene and use of personal protective equipment. This book is an insight into the management of orthodontic emergencies and the role of orthodontists (oral health care workers) during COVID-19 outbreak. An understanding of the topics covered in the book is imperative in the situation of designing strategies to protect the oral health care workers and human race from further losses and harm due to COVID-19.
