Аннотация: In this book, Turkmenistan's position on India's energy needs has been explained. In the present century, Indian scholars believe that the Caspian Sea region, particularly Turkmenistan, will play a significant role in fulfilling India's huge energy vacuum. Therefore, the landlocked country like Turkmenistan shares the same continent with India. The distance from Turkmenistan to India is 3500 kilometers. It is easy to connect with Turkmenistan through Iran via the Arabian Sea. In terms of energy imports, Turkmenistan is closer to India than any other energy-exporting country. For this reason, Turkmenistan is one of the key states for present energy research. The Indian higher officials of the government and private sectors of oil and gas are keenly interested in establishing direct contact with this country. For these two countries, one of the best efforts is the TAPI gas pipeline project and the INSTC project. These two countries are currently facing various challenges. That has been discussed in different chapters on different levels. If India can beat all these challenges then it will be an achievement for India in its energy security context.
