THE BIG “SELL-OUT”. THE INTEGRATION OF EASTERN TCM MEDICINE AND WESTERN MEDICINE-IS THERE POWER IN THIS UNION? OR IS IT JUST A BIG SELL-OUT?

      Аннотация: Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Integrating in the West, in the future, to be available simultaneously in hospitals and medical centers, is now a concept that is being pushed to see if this Eastern medicine can and will Integrate into the Western Medical system properly. The goal is to further TCM's Global advancement and Internationalization process into the world. On one hand, there is strength in numbers and power in cooperation, so this could be a smart and advantageous move. On the other hand, it could be a weak move to "Sell-Out" the secret systems and power of TCM to a world that may not understand, accept, value or use them properly. This topic is of interest for me and many other serious Doctors and patients because we are curious about our future and the future of TCM - and whether this move is one of power or weakness. Being urged to “INTEGRATE TCM,’ is it a step-up in power? Or, is it a demotion to a lower, subservient place where working in the Western World means performing only as a limited TCM assistant to Western medical professionals? In this work I will explore this topic and reveal some of the benefits and pitfalls of Integration.
