Immediate Loading of Dental Implants.

      Аннотация: Oral health and Oral health care are very important to maintain proper mastication, digestion, phonation, appearance. The loss of one or more teeth due to any reason may adversely affect the oral health with an affected appearance being the most serious consequence for the patient and prime reason cited by the patient for seeking prosthodontic treatment. Tooth loss contributes to loss of confidence, avoidance of laughing in public, reluctance to form close relationship, especially when anterior teeth are missing.Missing teeth have traditionally been replaced with dentures or bridges to restore the ability of patients to eat, speak, and improve appearance. To overcome these, the clinical utilization of dental implants has increased in the recent years.The most advanced way to replace missing teeth is dental implant which is designed to replicate the natural tooth root and crown of the natural tooth. The ultimate goal of an immediate loading protocol is to predictably decrease surgical interventions and to reduce the time gap between surgery and prosthesis completion, but without decreasing the success rates associated with implant treatment and the unloaded healing protocol.
