A new approach to the concept of economic citizenship rights.

      Аннотация: The modern identity of individuals is expressed in the context of educational policy and the concept of citizenship. The concept of citizenship has become "broader" and "deeper" in recent years. The purpose of expanding this concept is that, at present, the concept of citizenship is related not only to the institution of governments, but also to regional and transnational institutions. Also, the meaning of deepening the concept of citizenship is that, in addition to political aspects and dimensions, economic, cultural and social capital also belongs to the concept of citizenship. At the heart of social justice, the rights and responsibilities of the various institutions of society are determined and allow the people of a society to receive benefits in return for the role assigned to them in society. This is the basis of the concept of economic citizenship rights. Issues such as taxation, social security, public health, public education, public and government services, government protection policies for workers in labor law, are tools for helping to achieve the goals of economic citizenship rights, which are the equitable distribution of wealth and opportunities based on justice.
