      Аннотация: Since the adoption of democracy in Nigeria especially from 1999, the issue of governance has become highly polemical and therefore engaging the attention of scholars, politicians and development experts. The incidences of poverty, disease, infant mortality, illiteracy, insecurity, corruption and collapsing infrastructures, among others, have widen the debate of the role of democracy in taking Nigeria to higher levels in terms of development. The book strikes a note of deep reflection based on deep investigation.
