Special Child who are little stars on earth require special attention medically and psychologically .As every child is different and every family is unique they should get appropriate care and promote acceptance in the family school and community. Their disability should not be a hindrance to them and their progress should be measured. In this present context there is detailed description of new behavior management techniques guidelines and new management options for treatment of Special child. The modified options are adopted by the clinician to gain trust and provide treatment in a friendly manner.
