Use of Smartphone and its addiction among College Students.

      Аннотация: Youth is a time of creative energy and vitality, of great zest for living. It can also be a time for self-expression, curiosity, and exploration, a time of discovery and adventure. It is a stage of something dynamic, something that changes from moment to moment. With the advancement in technology it has led to the advent of various gadgets, the lifestyle and overall attitude towards life has changed. And the part of population that has been affected most by this is the youth. With so much technological exposure, respondents have started to integrate technology on their learning and their daily life experiences. Due to their curiosity and eagerness to try new things, they involve themselves in smartphone and social media that enables them with a large variety of functions and features and has become a part of the youth which has in-turn led them Smartphone abuse to Smartphone addiction.
