Аннотация: The “Neo-cancer theory” is a modified cancer theory regarding the weakness of the conventional theories to the curative direction of cancer. Many unanswered questions need answer. Is cancer a systemic disease/disorder? Is tumour only the local manifestation? Is cancer is not due to genetic mutation or is genetic mutation due to cancer or both? Is organic metastasis due to blood borne spread/route or not? Is lymph node involvement a reservoir of metastasis or not? Or, is lymph node involvement only due to lymphatic reaction? Does loco-regional treatment improve survival or not? Does loco-regional treatment prevent/ prevent metastasis or not? Is it more rational to examine the whole patient, rather to examine the tissue only to profile the patient? Are we in the right direction to diagnosis and treatment of cancer? What should be the ideal management protocol for cancer? A rich atlas of cancer patients is illustrated with this thesis. Cases were taken from Khulna Medical College Hospital (2009-2021) and 09 sub-centre (tertiary academic Hospital).
