Analysis of Relationship between Human Rights and Health in India. With Special Reference to Medical Institution Facilities in Rajasthan

      Аннотация: The book focuses on global health by using a framework grounded in international human rights law. Through multi-disciplinary research, training and mentorship, the book aims to examine the relationship between health and human rights and to foster the next generation of leaders working in this area. With specific emphasis on issues like medical malpractice, low standards of hygiene, carelessness of the staff towards the patients etc. The book concentrations on health issues as well as grievances and violation of human rights of patients via the hands of health protectors. The book highlights the shortcomings of the existing medical institution facilities provided by the state on the name of protection of right to health.
