Аннотация: Researchgate has been increasingly considered the single most important tool for the evaluation of physicians’ academic stature, prowess, and academic productivity, and also for the evaluation of academic leadership. More than 1000 Researchgate profiles were examined during the last week of December 2021, with the aim of identifying super elite clinical pediatricians with researchgate RG score of 40 or higher than 40 from 146 developing countries. During the last week of December 2021, there were six pediatricians having an RG score of 40 or higher from 146 developing countries in the world. Aamir Jalal Al-Mosawi was the pediatrician who had the highest RG Score of 41.13 among the pediatricians from 146 countries. The findings in this study confirm that researchgate is more appropriate for academic medical leadership, as it reduce to some extent the influence of misleadingly high H-index that is not relevant to academic leadership deterioration resulting from joining a large number of collaborative studies.
