      Аннотация: It is especially important to assess the need to start the innovation process and understand, and better to build a psychological analytical model and calculate all possible scenarios in the process of commercialization, certainly in combination with a real forecast of the achievable level or degree of protection of a new product, as a non-obvious technical solution.For this purpose, the author of this publication finds it appropriate to apply a system of preliminary forecast evaluation tables in the form of an evaluation sheet consisting at the preliminary stage of evaluation of 44 elements of evaluation of criteria and parameters of an emerging innovative idea or initiative, including in connection with digital technologies and their potential impact on traditional technological solutions and processes, taking into account also the psychological aspects of evidence or non-evidence.
