      Аннотация: Dental Implants are one of the popular treatment options for restoring missing teeth. The complex anatomy of the anterior maxilla makes the planning and rehabilitation process difficult. Rehabilitation should be prosthetically driven to avoid esthetic and anatomical complications. Restoring anterior teeth is most challenging in terms of esthetics and patient satisfaction. It involves a multidisciplinary collaborative approach to attain the desired treatment outcome. This book gives an insight into different factors that need to be taken into consideration while planning for an anterior implant. The guidelines for Risk Assessment as provided in the ITI Consensus have been outlined in this book and should be followed for appropriate placement of the implant. In case of deficiencies, soft and hard tissue augmentation procedures may be carried out to achieve desired gingival contours. Impression procedures and provisionalization are important aspects to replicate and mimic the adjacent gingival tissue for a more natural appearance.
