Аннотация: Oral health is an important part of overall health and plays a vital role in each individual’s well-being and quality of life by influencing physical and mental well-being, appearance, and interpersonal relations in a positive way. Paediatric dentistry is a specialty dedicated to the oral health needs of children irrespective of any bodily limitations possessed by the child. Life of physically disabled one is stacked with various challenges and poor oral health is one of them. It is the duty of paediatric dentist to unleash any barriers that stops these patients from utilizing the benefits of dental treatment by being accessible, to treating dental patients in hospital setups when needed; a paediatric dentist requires to expand his/her reach towards the disabled children. These children are not greatly different from the normal patients but demand a different approach for treatment along with love and affection.
