Аннотация: Sometime or another, everyone experiences one or the other type of disability in their complete lives. At any given moment, various types of disability may occur. Family, for instance, might find at any point of life that their children are born with say, Cerebral paralysis or say, A person can meet with accident and get physically injured leaving his one side paralyzed. It is unpredictable thus; disability can last even for complete life, or some years or some months and leaving family to be caretakers in that painful period.This Dissertation is designed as a guide to understand the lives of the especially abled people. It offers basic knowledge about them and their personal and public profile. The handbook is divided into six parts. It discusses the relationship between the especially abled and their environmental context. It further depicts that it’s the environment that disables them more than their own disability.
