Job satisfaction happens when an employee feelshe or she is having job stability, career growth and a comfortable work life balance.Generally speaking, however, job satisfaction refers to the degree of pleasure orhappiness that an individual feels in their job. This can be influenced by a variety offactors, such as the nature of the work itself, the work environment, the company'sculture, and the employee's relationships with their co-workers. Reasons for jobsatisfaction include achievement, recognition, responsibility, growth, and othermatters associated with the motivation of the individual in his job. Environmentalpressures inside the company include work rules, facilities, coffee breaks, benefits,wages.Job satisfaction among rural Bank employees - Job satisfaction is aphenomenon that affects every level of employment. It is the feeling of contentmentthat one feels at a job done well. Its ramifications are numerous and effective.
