Аннотация: Women are becoming significant drivers of economic growth around the world. They have become engines for economic growth within countries, across regions, and around the world. Achieving gender diversity in different organizational structure positions is increasingly seen as necessary for competitive business performance in that such diversity contributes to the bottom line. However, women remain under-represented in business administration and management positions globally. Contrarily, the achievement of gender diversity in business organizations is crucial to enhancing results. There is a clear need for policies on labour, and social and economic revitalization needs to look at human capital as the real engine of sustainable and smart development. Likewise, “gender issues” play a central role because using women’s knowledge, skills, attitudes, and competence can help organizations fuel their competitiveness and growth in different organizations. As women represent a pool of talent in Ethiopia, the potential economic benefits of gender equality in the labour market are substantial. This book thus highlights the existing practice and affecting factors in Media Network in Ethiopia.
