Аннотация: The concept of motivation refers to the combination of various factors that can stimulate an individual's interest and commitment to a job or subject. In the engagement process, the goal is to make an individual make an effort to reach a certain level of performance. This can be done through the activation of a program or initiative that involves making an individual's commitment and performance count. The concept of motivation can be seen as a key component of an individual's performance in the pursuit of goals and objectives. It can be used by organizations to motivate their employees and improve their performance. In addition to the factors that can stimulate an individual's interest and commitment to a job or subject, other factors such as working conditions and employee engagement can also influence an individual's motivation.
