Principles of Health Law.

      Аннотация: “Health Law” which also sometimes used instead of “Health Care Law” is a newer and more developed version of Medical Law, formed within the recent decades through taking emphasize upon the physicians as the exclusive group liable for patient’s care, and extending the duty to allied health care professionals, and also including pharmaceutical, economic and environmental health Law. This academic intra-disciplinary field of Law is concerned with the health of individuals and Populations, the provision of health care, and the operation of health care System. Health Law compose of four different approaches as follow that is instructed in various graduate levels in valuable universities.
