Аннотация: The job has a fundamental function in obtaining the economic gain necessary for a person to survive. Therefore, it is a very important value for the person. In this direction, in the field of organizational behavior, the meaning of the job, the importance of the job for the person and the benefits of the job to the person, etc. researches are carried out. An important part of these studies focus on ‘job satisfaction’ which expresses whether a person is satisfied with their job. Job satisfaction or dissatisfaction is not only related to the motivation of the person, but also occurs by being affected by many factors related to the employee himself, the characteristics of the job and the work environment. Therefore, it is very difficult to determine a person’s job satisfaction level. This study examines the job satisfaction levels of public sector employees and the factors affecting their job satisfaction.
