Аннотация: Due to globalization more and more people live with diverse diseases or conditions such as systemic disorders, renal system disorders, and psychiatric. It is well known that tooth loss is caused by periodontitis. These patients are usually with adverse conditions like bleeding disorders, bone metabolism disorders, and/or immunosuppressive medication. Loss of tooth leads to poor esthetic, difficulty in mastication and speaking. Implant-supported restorations have been considered the most comfortable prosthesis and patients are often satisfied with the function and esthetics, dentists must pay more attention when treating medically compromised patients because they may not have a good condition for osseointegration and soft tissue healing around implants.

Due to globalization more and more people live with diverse diseases or conditions such as systemic disorders, renal system disorders, and psychiatric.

It is well known that tooth loss is caused by periodontitis.
