Аннотация: Human eczema syndrome Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic, Pruritic eczematous disease that nearly always begins in childhood and follows a remitting / flaring course that may continue throughout life. It develops as a result of a complex interrelationship of environmental, immunologic, genetic and pharmacologic factors. It may be exacerbated by infection, psychologic stress, seasonal / climate changes, irritants, and allergens. The symptoms of atopic dermatitis are intense itching, erythema , and sensitivity of the skin that usually becomes worse at night and can disrupt sleep. The exact pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis is unknown. Currently, it is believed that IGE- mediated reactions and cellular responses contribute to the chronic inflammation of this disorder. <p>Human eczema syndrome Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic, Pruritic eczematous disease that nearly always begins in childhood and follows a remitting / flaring course that may continue throughout life.
