Looking into the Law and Beyond: The National Register of Citizens. An Empirical Study in a Border District of Assam

      Аннотация: This book is a research attempted by the author to make a comprehensive study on the National Register of Citizens and its luring outbreak of hue and cry caused in the state of Assam. The administrative, executive as well as the political front of this drive and its encompassing loopholes have also been upheld in this book by the author. This book conducts and analyses an empirical study of the NRC drive in one of the border districts so as to check the authenticity and reliability but the results shown have been proved to be too feeble and twisted on the part of the NRC drive in the state. Therefore this book also comes with a conclusion and recommendations on how we can sort and co-hand with the problem simultaneously. The author would also like to thank, Prof.(Dr.) S.
