Аннотация: The present book on Performance Appraisal of Public Transport System of Kerala (KSRTC) a project with Potential Recommendations consists of the descriptions and conclusions of a project data generated over a study of one-year duration by St Antony's College Peruvanthanam and St Antony's Institute of Advanced Studies Ponkunnam. An in-depth analysis of the public transport system of Kerala KSRTC; its history, development, and the existing circumstances which act as a further barrier for its development have been given herein. The book also details certain measures to be adopted for increasing the efficiency of the existing system. The book also contains the analysis on views of the employees and general public on their satisfaction with the services as in existence in the public transport system.
