The Iconic Novelists as Social Chroniclers attempts a brief study of the three renowned authors. Myriad Power Structures in Indian Society takes up Arundhati Roy’s The God of Small Things which deals with plethora of problems. Emptiness of Existence explores The Inheritance of Loss by Kiran Desai. The novel chronicles the journey of immigrants from South Asia to England and the USA. Voice of the Voiceless deals with the suppression of the poor who have no voice. But Balram, the male protagonist of the novel rebels and becomes an entrepreneur. Stylistic Strategies of the Trio asserts the uniqueness of the novelists through their selection of themes and use of various techniques. The Ray of Hope predicts the future through the depiction of events in the novel. These three Booker Prize novelists try to awaken the minds of people to social maladies and offer an agenda for peace equality and universal co-existence.
