Аннотация: This book addresses a topic of interest and high relevance, especially in the current social and economic context that is constantly changing. The role of human capital on economic growth has been widely debated by the literature without being able to exhaust the approach of this concept which proves to be so complex and in a perpetual dynamic, The study is structured in three chapters in which we aimed to capture the complexity and timeliness of the chosen topic, and approach in a personal way this phenomenon that allows many ways of analysis and offers the possibility of using a wide range of scientific research. The analysis and understanding of the human capital theory presupposes a complex approach given the numerous elements that enter into the definition of this concept. The study conducted from the perspective of the impact of the human factor on economic growth highlighted many variables and features that impress certain trends of the indicators analyzed and strengthen the hypothesis that human capital is one of the essential links in ensuring sustainable economic development.
