Аннотация: Pulpectomy is a dental procedure that involves removing the whole pulp tissue from the crown down to root of the tooth to treat infection and avoid tooth loss. This typically involves the primary teeth of paediatric patients and is considered part of endodontic treatment. Some dentists refer to this procedure as partial root canal therapy. The past couple of decades have witnessed one of the most rapid and extensive technological evolutions in dentistry. This period has presented some remarkable developments of endodontic technologies.A significant number of newer materials are evolving, that allow a better understanding of a multitude of factors that govern the management of the damaged pulp complex, with a significant amount of material still under research. Eventhough each material has its own advantages and disadvantages the newer materials introduced has taken the field of dentistry to a newer level and have also played an important role in overcoming the short comings of the older material.

Recent Advances in Endodontic Irrigants. Endodontic Irrigants.

The goal of endodontic therapy is the removal of all vital or necrotic tissue, microorganisms, and microbial by-products from the root canal system. This may be achieved through chemo-mechanical debridement of root canal. Irrigation has a central role in endodontic treatment. During and after the process of instrumentation, the irrigants...
